 LOWELL CANTRELL

Background

Lowell is a Legal Investigator working for the firm since its inception in 1993.  He began his railroad career as a Laborer, Clerk, and a Carman for the Frisco/BNSF.  The various union positions Lowell has held include Local Chairman, Vice General Chairman, Special Grand Lodge Representative, Editor & Manager-Trade Education and Treasurer Carmen Political Action Committee, International Vice President and Assistant General President, Brotherhood of Railway Carmen.  Lowell has worked as a Labor Arbitrator and currently is a Member of the Advisory Board for the National Association Railroad Safety Consultants and Investigators.  Lowell was also in the College Degree Program at the George Meany Center for Labor Studies.  As a former labor union officer, Lowell possesses extensive experience in contract negotiations nationally, Presidential Emergency Boards, General Committees, as well as local and individual properties.  Lowell has experience conducting investigative work in all aspects of an injured employees’ claim, including conducting witness interviews, photographing and analysis of accident scenes and equipment and assisting the attorneys and staff in trial preparation.
